One of my favorite things.......... Nascar. Yes, along with the frills, lace and other things I love. Nascar is my addiction. Combine that with photography, scrapbooking and collecting. I have every thing covered. =)

Marinated Tomatoes

Marinated Tomato and Cucumber Salad

5 T. Vegetable Oil
4 T. Vinegar
1 T. Ketchup
1 T. Brown Sugar
1 clove Minced garlic (or garlic powder)
Salt
Pepper
3 Tomatoes
1 Cucumber

Dice tomatoes and cucumbers. Mix ingredients with a whisk. Pour over vegetables. Let marinate for several hours or over night. The longer is marinates the better. Good also with just tomatoes, or just cucumbers.

Miss Fiona~

It's the Little things......... Miss Fiona my new baby. Almost 4 weeks old. My little stray was found in an abandoned building. She was only about two weeks old when I got her. Today was the first time she has been running around and playing. For how tiny she is, she even knows her name. She has stolen our hearts.
